Most in-stock items usually ship the same or next business day. This does not apply to custom orders such as personalized bows, printed ribbon and most special requests. Such orders do take a reasonable amount of time to create and get ready for you - so please keep that in mind.
Please note that during busy times of the year such as during the winter holiday season it may take a bit longer to receive a customlized order.
If you need an item by a particular date please double check and send us an email or call (618) 292-2021 to let us know and get confirmation that the items will be available by that date.
We accept credit card payments through Paypal. You do NOT need to have an account with Paypal to use this service and there are never any additional fees to you.
You can also send a check or Money Order. Just complete the checkout process and you will have the option to select this service before completing the order.
Orders placed this way will not be sent out until payments have cleared; this may take an additional 5 days after payment is received by us. So please remember that it takes a little while to get to us and then to clear at the bank. So, if you need an item by a specific date make sure to let us know or chose a different payment method.
Funk 'n Punk usually ships via US Postal Service (USPS) and occasionally United Parcel Service (UPS) to US and Canadian addresses only. If you require expedited shipping you must make prior arrangements and an adjusted invoice reflecting the higher shipping charges will be sent.
We are able to ship to PO Boxes and APOs using Standard Shipping by USPS. Expedited shipping options to these addresses are not available at this time.

Order Tracking
Funk 'n Punk ships your packages from IL 62262. Most orders are sent out via US Postal Service and detailed tracking info (beyond regular delivery confirmation) is not available. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Funk 'n Punk thrives to move fast to bring your items to you as quickly as possible!
If you need to change or cancel your order it is very important that you email us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to meet your need, there is no guarantee that an order that has already entered our system can be changed or modified.
Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you have changed your mind about an order that cannot be canceled, you will need to process your order as a return. Please read our return policy below.
Return Policy
Funk 'n Punk wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
However, due to the nature of certain items such as Hair Accessories we can only accept returns if the item is still in NEW condition with the ORIGINAL packaging intact, and has not been worn.
You may contact us prior to returning any item within 7 days of purchase for replacement, repair, or refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. To return any merchandise you must first send us an email to obtain a return authorization number.
